We love grilling out once the weather is warm which is
from March through about October. Cooking on the grill is one of our
time and energy saving ways to cook during the summer and fall.

To begin the process I always start with a clean sink and counters. Working through two or three packs at a time, I begin washing and removing the skin for the chicken.
I also washed the store trays they are sold in and used them to keep things organized.
As I cleaned and skinned the chicken they went back into the trays. This made it so easy to transport them outside to the grilling area.
While I prepared the chicken, my husband fired up both of our grills.
Once the fire died down and the temperature was right we began cooking our chicken.
We are always snapping pictures of our grilling escapades because my husband and his friend likes to text each other pictures of their latest grilling creations.
Once the chicken is cooked and cooled, we put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day all we have left to do is divide them into freezer bags and label them.
We usually end up with enough grilled chicken to last 30-days.
