My school year routine is inspired by the new new Oui by Yoplait Yogurts. This is a sponsored post written on behalf of Yoplait.
It’s that time of year again when us momma’s are either excited or anxious about our kids going back to school. I’m one of the excited momma’s. My kids are all teens and growing into little adults. As a mom who’s put in years to help them get to this point, I’m excited for them.
The transition back to school means I’ll have more quiet time to work from home and more time to care for me. I’m very intentional about having a healthy balance between caring for my family and myself.
School Year Routine
So let me share a few things that will be part of my school year routine.
- Quiet time in the A.M.
- Breaks during the work day
- Exercise 4-5 days a week
- 4-day work week
- New meal plan (3 meals + 2 snacks)
Taking time to exercise, read, meet with friends or simply enjoy a delcious snack are all ways I get to seize the day. The snack on my menu this week are the new Oui by Yoplait yogurts.
Oui, pronounced “wee” translates to “yes” in French and this new French style yogurt get’s a “yes” from me. Oui is a thick, creamy, and subtly sweet yogurt, It’s like a moment of pure enjoyment in every spoonful. Oui is cultured in each glass pot for eight hours, creating a unique, thick, creamy, cuttable texture best experienced without stirring. It’s almost as thick as a soft cheesecake, but not quite.
I bought a different flavor to enjoy every day this week. They’re available at Walmart on the yogurt aisle and come in eight flavors. There’s Strawberry, Vanilla, Blueberry, Peach, Black Cherry, Coconut, Lemon, and Plain single-serve jars. Then there are two multipack flavors in Strawberry and Vanilla. My favorite are the strawberry, vanilla and coconut.
If you are craving a snack made with no artificial flavors, no colors from artificial sources with real fruit on the bottom you definitely have to try these.
If you’ve had these, what’s your favorite one?
