Have you heard the phrase, “Sneezes have breezes and breezes have germs”? My elementary school teacher would say that every time someone sneezed and she’d point them to the classroom tissue box on herdesk. I’ve used the same phrase with my own family over the years and make it a priority to have Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue somewhere close by for them to grab. This is a sponsored post on behalf of Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue; all opinions are my own.

Year round allergies and colds make it essential for me to keep boxes of Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue in a few areas of our home. Keeping plenty on hand is easy when I buy in bulk. Sam’s Club has these 12 count packages that make it easy to place a few boxes around the house and the rest in the linen closet for later. The tissue is super soft and it’s free from allergens that stir up our sneezes like ink, perfume, lotion and fragrance.

The colorful designs on the box blend right in with the decor in my home and make it look like it belongs in the space. When prepping for back to school it’s easy to focus on stocking your child’s classroom with supplies, but don’t forget about your home.

I homeschooled for years so I know how important it is to make sure my kids have back to school essentials at home as well. Things like facial tissues and hand sanitizer are among several things I stock up on at Sam’s Club in the fall. On SaturdaysI head to Sam’s Club to buy essentials, check out samples and see what’s new. By the time I’m done I just walk out of the store since I shop using Scan & Go. Scan & Go is Sam’s Club app that makes it more convenient to shop at the club. As I scan items into my cart using the app, I can see my running total. My payment information is saved in the app making it easy to pay virtually. I feel like a VIP when I don’t have to wait in long checkout lines and on Saturdaysthey are really long.

Where I place Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissues

Living room – I like to place a box right on the center accent table.Prepping My Home with Cold & Allergy Essentials

Bedrooms – In bedrooms I place a box on a shelf above the bed or a nightstand table.

Dining room – I like to keep a box on the serving buffet with my plants and decor.Prepping My Home with Cold & Allergy Essentials

Kitchen – I don’t have a lot of extra counter space so a box of tissue usually ends up on top of the microwave in our kitchen.

Car – I always keep a box in the glove compartment or on the backseat. We have a lot of car sneezes from pollen/dust blowing from the car vents when we first turn them on.

Home office – I keep a box on my desk or office shelf.

That’s six of the twelve Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue boxes in use, which is why I buy in bulk. The 12-pack usually lasts about three months. During that time, all I have to do is grab a fresh box from the closet as needed.

If you had $100 to stock up on back to school essentials at Sam’s Club what would you buy in addition to the Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue? This is a sponsored post on behalf of Member’s Mark Brand 2-ply Facial Tissue; all opinions are my own.

  1. These were great tips Saidah! If I had $100 Tob stock up on supplies I would buy more convenience snacks for back to school… Things that are easy for my kids to grab on their own. Since we do school at home, food can take up a large part of my day but I’m working on changing that.

    1. That’s always a good investment when you have school aged kids.
