My 5-hour ENERGY® Shot Day

I’m an early riser, and I always start my day with a light breakfast. This morning I had a blueberry milkshake protein smoothie with a berry 5-hour ENERGY® shot mixed in.

By 8 a.m., I was out the door, running errands for the day. I like to get an early start so that I can finish my daily to-do’s as early as possible.

I used to complain about being overwhelmed, but learned that I wasn’t properly using my time. Nowadays, my entire workday is done by around noon.

Between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. I’m already in the gym. This is a must if I’m going to stay energized all day, plus by now, that 5-hour ENERGY® shot is kicking in.

I only add energy shots to my smoothie on days when I stay up way later than normal the night before.

When at CVS I just grab a few when I’m running low and keep them my pantry and gym bag.

Right now, the 6 pack 5-hour ENERGY® shots are Buy-One-Get-One 50% off.

By 11 a.m., I’m at my computer attending to emails, social media, and working on my blogs.

At noon, is when I break for lunch and begin winding down to relax with my family for the rest of the day.

  1. Thanks Heather. I love working out and feel so much more energized as a result. Then there are the few days I stay up way too late and need and energy shot to get going.

  2. Your smoothie recipe sounds great and I love that your tired days include adding an energy shot to breakfast! You look amazing in the gym and are super motivating! Great job sticking to a schedule that allows you to be done working by early afternoon! #client

  3. This may sound silly, but what is vanilla protein? Thanks
