Ever since my kids began public school the start of their school day has been my chance to get a few moments of quiet time before beginning my day.

In my quiet time I indulge in my favorite delectable foods or beverages. What I decide depends on how I’m feeling and what’s in my kitchen. This week I picked up Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt to make some fruit to make fruit snacks to eat during my morning “me moments”.

Using Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt in  Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip or Vanilla Bean flavor, I freeze up several kinds of yogurt bites for the week.

Making these bites is really simple.

All you’ll need your favorite yogurt and some fresh or frozen fruit. I found these new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt flavors at Walmart on the dairy aisle.

You can try them in-store before you buy them. Walmart will have tasting stations set up in select stores on February 7th and 8th, so if you’re out shopping be on the lookout.

Ingredients:

  • Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt in Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip or Vanilla Bean.
  • fresh of frozen fruit (I’m using blueberries)

1. Scoop Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt into a freezer bag and set aside.

2. If you’re not using blueberries, you’ll need to chop your fruit into small pieces.
4. Line a flat pan with wax paper or use a silicone cutting mat. Begin piping quarter sized mounds of yogurt onto your surface. Try not the let them touch.
5. Once you have as many as you want to eat, begin adding a small piece of fruit in the center of each yogurt mound.
6.  Place the pan in the freezer for thirty minutes. Remove and enjoy.

If you don’t eat them right away, store them in a freezer safe container for up to 4 days.

If you don’t have time to make this recipe, Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt taste just as delicious straight from the cup.

It’s a great way to indulge in a sweet snack for breakfast or on the go.

  1. These look delicious!!

    • That's awesome Charrob. I saw someone use mini pastry cups filled with the raspberry flavor and shreds of chocolate. I might do that for a girls night.
