This week I am just checking off the meals I wrote down in my planner at the end of last month. When I wrote the words salmon, salad and avocado on my monthly meal plan, I did not know it would turn into this.
I was imagining some delicious pink salmon, with a bed of salad and a few slices of avocado. In fact when I divided and cooked the salmon two different ways for the week I did eat it with salad. Then one day I was hungry for lunch and decided to make a wrap.
It turned out to be the most amazing wrap I probably ever ate — real talk.
What’s Inside of the Wrap?
I can show you better than I can tell you when it comes to what’s inside of this wrap. It’s essentially everything in the photo below except the steak in the bowl was replaced with salmon. To really set it off, I drizzled everything with P.F. Chang’s Sriracha Mayo Dynamite Hot Sauce.

When I made these I made a total of three wraps. Because I didn’t know how everything would taste together I put a lot of salmon in two of the wraps and less in the last one. You know..just in case.
The crazy thing is they all were perfect with more veggies and without. If you take a look at my photos you can see the difference in the amount of salmon that was used.
In these I used a little bit…
…and in these I used a lot.
Now…I had two kinds of salmon in the refrigerator I had made earlier in the week so this wrap could have gone either way. I had a spicy salmon and a sweet salmon. I’m not sure if the sweet salmon would have worked well with the P.F. Chang’s Sriracha Mayo Dynamite Hot Sauce, but the spicy one went perfectly. I also put some sauce on the side for dipping and I was drooling while eating because it tasted so good. I’d just finished working out too so maybe that’s why it tasted so good. I don’t know.
But all in all I give this meal a thumbs up and will definitely be using it in my future menus.
