I love snacking but can’t snack on super sweet foods like I used to. Between getting older and not wanting to destroy all the work I do in the gym
, I prefer lighter snacks.

the snack section was filled with popcorn.
I took a break from smoothies
and decided to try making some flavored popcorn.
Makes: 3oz. Prep time:10 minutes *store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- 6 tablespoons of taco seasoning (recipe here)
- 6 teaspoons parmesan cheese
To add the seasoning, I popped my popcorn as I normally would and immediately sprinkled the Cheesy Taco seasoning into the bag. I shook it and added more until it was well coated.
These were so delicious. Y’all don’t even know, but you will when you try this recipe.
