Cauliflower Pizza is my new favorite way to enjoy a delicious slice of pizza and work more vegetables into my meals. Making the pizza has become Babe and I’s new date night thing. Instead of eating out, we usually make this pizza. To make the crust you’ll need a food processor. You’ll never get the cauliflower chopped small enough without a food processor it unless you spend a ridiculous amount of time chopping it by hand. The first thing I do with my head of cauliflower it roughly chop it into quarters. Next, I pulse small batches of it in my food processor until the cauliflower is fine and crumbly.
