It’s so refreshing to down an ice cold glass of something that tastes good, gives you a boost of energy and is as easy to make as a cup of coffee.
You’ll need a juicer, 3 carrots and one half cup of almond milk.
I’ve seen this made using whole milk and evaporated milk, but I prefer nut milks to make mine.
All I did was run the carrots through my juicer, then I poured the carrot juice and almond milk into one glass.
If you use carrots from the fridge and cold almond milk, you won’t even need to let this chill.
