Who’s ready for another week of meal prep inspiration?
Today I’m sharing three breakfast solutions that require very little time to make using three breakfast friendly items from the Cool Foods promotion at Publix. The promotion offers up amazing savings on refrigerated and frozen foods for easy meal solutions.
When shopping for my weekly menu ingredients, Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop. The employees are always friendly, and the shelves always stocked. I love that I can pick up ingredients I need for the week as well as fresh flowers to brighten up my home. The unique products they offer, plus the amazing savings make prepping meals something I look forward to.
Using some of what I bought on sale, I will show you how to make three easy breakfasts. I’m using BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bars (2 for $4 any BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bars 2-oz), Fage Yogurt (10 for $10 any Fage Yogurt 5.3-7-oz.) & Dole Boosted Blends ($8.99 any Dole Boosted Blends 32-oz).
3 – Day Breakfast Menu
Day 1 – Fage Yogurt bowl with fresh fruit, crumbled BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bars, chia, flax seed and drizzled with honey.
There are two types of Fage creamy plain Greek yogurt which are either fruit or honey. I used honey and I kid you not, this was next level delicious and super easy make.
Start by opening your Fage Total Yogurt split cup. Next, coarsely chop 1/4 of the BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bar into crumbles and sprinkle them on top of the yogurt. Now add in pomegranate, chia and flax seeds. Lastly, flip the honey side onto the Fage yogurt adding a little at a time and mixing until you reach your desired sweetness.
Day 2 – BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bars topped with Fage Yogurt and fresh fruit.
Spread a thick layer of creamy plain Greek yogurt from the Fage Total Yogurt strawberry flavor cup onto one BeBold Refrigerated Energy Bar. Next spoon the strawberry from the cup over the yogurt topped energy bar. Finally sprinkle pomegranate and chia seeds over top.
Day 3 – Dole Boosted Blends Pineapple, Mango, Match Green Tea and Banana smoothie.
Everything you need for a smoothie is in the bag and the ingredients are top notch. I used Dole Boosted Blends with Pineapple, Mango, Match Green Tea and Banana. The bag includes frozen chunks of fruit and matcha green tea cubes.
Simply spoon a 1/2 cup of Dole Boosted Blends into the blender and blend for a quick smoothie with lots of flavor. Or make the smoothie thicker for a smoothie bowl, by adding in an entire Fage Total Yogurt split cup before blending.
The Cool Foods promotion runs October 10th through October 23rd, so you still have time to get the items I used for these meals.
You can see the full list of items included in the Cool Foods promotion online here or get the Extra Savings flyer in-store at the entryway kiosk or customer service desk. When shopping, look for the at-shelf signs located throughout the store which highlight the savings during the promotion.
